
I'm so excited to announce the class schedule for fall and winter of 2025 is live! I can't wait to welcome you all back to class! Class dates for 101, 102, and hard cheese are below. Each class is tailored to specific skill levels and builds off of the previous.

101 class

These are small group classes! This means you get dedicated time focused on specific interests or skill levels for you and your friends / family. Group sizes from 5 to 8 adults, kiddos 12 and under are very welcome at class for free with pre registration.
$100 per person
Class is normally 2 to 2.5 hours and we cover alot of ground!
You get to take home everything we make.
Recipe line up: Butter, Yogurt, Greek Yogurt, Cottage Cheese, Sour Cream, Dream Cheese and Labneh, Ice Cream, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Condensed Milk.

This class will be approximately 2 hours and will focus on hard cheeses! We will use an example cheese, that is widely adaptable and universally appreciated cheese. All the skills learned in class can be used to make many other cheeses!
Class is $50 per person. You'll take home recipes and cheese.

This class is for homesteaders and families looking to get a hands on milking demo.
Learn the ins and outs of a small scale milking set up, proper management, dietary requirements, best practice milking hygiene and safe milk handling.
$50 per person. Animal respecting kiddos are welcome.

We will share all of our livestock systems and permaculture set ups.
This is intended for the family who is looking to add animals to their homestead or learn about well tested infrastructure, rotational grazing and small scale pasture raised meat.
$100 per group of 2, $20 per additional person. These tours are for you! I can talk for days about our farm, practices and animals. Let us know what you are most interested in and come with questions!
