The Farmstead Family Milk Cow
Jerseys have the most nutrient dense milk out of all dairy cow breeds. They produce more protein, calcium and quality cream as well as have higher yields for cheesemaking.
The cream lines speak for the themselves. My Molly girl late in lactation provides a 60 to 70% cream yield! As a cheesemaker, ice cream lover and butter abuser I will never go back!
We currently have four beautiful A2A2 pure bred Jersey Cows. We are working to expand our herd to focus on mid-sized medium producing A2A2 Jerseys with bomb proof temperaments.
As a family farmstead, our goal is to provide a well bred, trained, socialized and quality family milk cow. Our goal is to work families who are ready to start their dairying journey or add to their herds. We strive for a quality cow who have been raised, bred and trained to excel in a homestead setup.
